Objectives and results of the action	The main objective of this contract contributing the transformation of the textile manufacturing industry to technical textiles (TT) in Denizli region and increase the competitiveness of SME in the region by, moving them up in the regional and global value chains. In scope of that, Technical Textile Centre (TTC) will be set up and the technical assistance services will be provided for the provision of high technology and qualified services of the Technical Textile Centre (TTC). Within this project, manufacturing industry on technical textiles through common use area and cluster approach will be developed in Denizli. Therefore, technical assistance consists of three main pillars: Preparatory activities for the establishment of TTC; such as conducting shareholder analysis and preparation of Business Plan etc. Transitory activities in order to ensure transformation of SMEs to TT by supporting of TTC; such as conducting a Gap Analysis in order to investigate demand and shortcomings in TT market for TT SMEs in Denizli, seminars on TT, trainings, performing diagnostic studies etc. Development of TT Cluster Initiative, such as identification of cluster component, conducting a cluster initiative analysis, preparation of a roadmap, organization of study visits etc. As well as a pilot facility will be set up.
